This page explains your choices about the sale and sharing of personal information on https://thecute.agency/ under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state privacy laws.
Our practices
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- Like many websites, we may use advertising and analytics cookies and pixels, such as the Meta Pixel and Google tags, to measure and improve our ads. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed and actions on the Site, and may make it available to those providers. Under some state laws this can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or as “targeted advertising”.
- We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18, and the Site is for adults only.
- We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
How to opt out
- Cookie settings: Use the cookie banner or the “Cookie settings” link on the Site to turn off advertising and analytics cookies.
- Browser signal: We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out signals sent by your browser, where technically possible, as a valid opt-out request.
- Email request: Send an email to [privacy@thecute.agency] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, with the email address you used on our Site so we can match your request.
Once we receive your request we will stop the sale or sharing of your personal information as soon as reasonably possible and within the time required by law (generally within 15 business days). We will not ask you to create an account to opt out and we will not discriminate against you for opting out.
Other ways to limit ad tracking
You can also change ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts, and use your browser’s privacy settings or tracking-protection tools.
Authorized agents
You can submit a request through an authorized agent. We may ask for written proof of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity directly.
Your other rights
You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for how to do that.
